East Commerce

A mixed-use concept project on a neglected, but burgeoning, part of San Antonio's east side district consisting of 11 residences, 1 cafe, 1 coworking space, 2 office spaces, and a rooftop event space. Utilizing authentic living principles, we created a central pedestrian path/ garden patio space in which all units overlook and engage directly. The path continues to the primary street to further invite public engagement.
