Rockingham Residence

We worked with Convergent Real Estate Group and bluebeige designs to create a luxury home that embodies the essence of resort style living and authenticity. We invited the outdoor elements into the interior of the spaces by blurring the lines of the various programmatic spaces. We conformed with the existing topography by segmenting the building into several multi-level volumes which allowed the creation of views and private outdoor spaces throughout. 

The main level garden entry connects with the back yard through a glass volume lounge, kitchen, and dining space. Large multi-sliding glass doors further merge the interiors with a covered deck, outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub, and fire pit lounge. The primary suite lounge area opens up to this courtyard while also having its own private garden shower patio through the primary bath. The upper level sits high above the tree canopy and encapsulates downtown and wildlife views from the office/ entertainment room with its own outdoor covered patio. The lower level hosts a guest entertainment area along with a large garage and workshop space.
